Leadgent Homes LLC operates a home repair coordination platform connecting homeowners in New Jersey with licensed, vetted service professionals. Leadgent Homes is not itself a contractor.
Leadgent Homes reviews your request, identifies a suitable licensed professional, contacts you to confirm details, coordinates scheduling, and follows up after completion.
You agree to provide accurate information, be available for communications, and provide a safe working environment for service professionals.
By submitting your phone number, you consent to receive calls and SMS from Leadgent Homes LLC. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.
If unsatisfied with completed work, contact us within 7 days at Hello@leadgenthomes.com. Our guarantee covers workmanship defects, not pre-existing conditions or post-service damage.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leadgent Homes shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Jersey. Disputes shall be subject to the courts of Bergen County, New Jersey.
